Snowfall in November

Unexpected, snow fall started Saturday late at night and into the early hours of the morning.  Now 4 inches of snow later, we are house bound.  Could not make it to church and had to cancel on hair root color, it saddens me, today is the Feast of Christ the King, was looking forward to going to church.

Now, still struggling with weight lost. It's been two months since my return from Malaysia, have been trying but the bathroom scales still won't budge at the 150 lbs mark.

Need a new plan or rather better control of food in take, a little more self control is also needed. However, will start with a new plan.

It's been a challenge getting to work these days. My body and my mind is thinking of retirement, but, responsibilities fuels the motivation. There is always hope that the situation will get better, there is always hope that my dream of retirement is within my grasp.

God is on my side. Praise God now and forever.
