My fitness consultant says I could loose 16 lbs in eight weeks, dependant upon a lifestyle change like eating four small meals a day ...... high fiber ...... cardio workout and the rest.
I have started drinking 8 glasses of water today, and have restarted calorie counting ..... I am really excited ....... however, I know there is no way I could loose 2 lbs a week. I am going to allow my fitness consultant to prove me wrong. So, I am going to make healthy choices when eating, although I am unable to follow the strict regiment as per the health plan, but I could tweak the plan and make it more "real people" friendly.
I am really motivated and am taking a very pro-active approach instead of lamenting the fat me!!!
