The passing of Michale Jackson

It was a real shock to hear Ken tell me that Michael Jackson had passed away; only this morning we were discussing about the death of Farah Fawcett ..... and now MJ.

It's really sad, I grew up listening to Michael, and in my heart I always wanted Michael to do well, he had such a gentle trusting spirit. Michael was talented, and I wanted him to succeed.

I did not believe all the scandals surrounding him those awful years, it was in my opinion that these people were taking advantage of Michael, since Michael was such an innocent and non vindictive person, he could not even defend himself from these evil people.

Well, rest in peace now Michael, God is your comfort and joy. Michael you gave the best of yourself but people took advantage of your simple and childlike manner.

And as Stevie Wonder proclaimed, "we didn't dream that you, Michael would leave in the Summer."

We pray that your children will be taken care of by good people. We pray that your children will not be exploited, and most of all we pray for healing, for your children and for yourself, Michael.

Beautiful day in Summer

It was a convention for the animal kingdom in our backyard on Sunday. As usual the squirrels in residence were busy running around playing, some bearing nuts in their mouths, others running up and down the tree trunks and on the ground. Further to the back we spotted a golfer sunning himself on the lawn. golfers always to me, look like big fat worms and this one was biiiiig and fat, than we also spotted a peahen in between the trees, such a pretty sight the peahen. Rita and I were so excited at seeing them all having fun in the sun, however we were on our way to church and had to reluctantly bid them adieu for now. What a beautiful Sunday in Summer on the feast day of the most precious Body and Blood of Christ. A gift from heaven.
