Contract signing

Why do I feel this pit in my tummy, it should be a happy event.  Ken and I are signing a contract to start the process for us to own our very own home.  Yet, there is no joy in me.  I am filled with apprehension and there is no cheer.

Owning a home is such a huge responsibility, we now will be tied to a thirty year mortgage.  We will now  have to exercise frugal living habits.  I pray for divine  providence, I seek divine wisdom and ask for God's mercy in helping us fulfill our obligations.
